11:40am - 11:50am Athlete Address
11:55am - 12:10pm Dynamic Warmup
12:10pm - 12:15pm Water
12:15 - 12:40pm Circuit Challenge
12:40pm - 12:45pm Water
12:50pm - 1:35pm Skills & Drills
1:40pm - 2:10pm OL/DL 1 on 1’s
2:15pm - 3:00pm DB/WR/RB/LB 1 on 1’s
3:15pm - 4:00pm Open 7 on 7
4:15pm Coaches Meet
4:30pm-5:00pm Awards/Athlete Address
Notes:
1. 2 Water stations will placed on opposite sides of the field.
Water stations will be bottled water.
2. Parents will NOT be allowed on the field.
